Cadence Decoupage Matt 150 ml is a fast-drying, water-based glue, suitable for various surfaces such as paper, textiles and especially rice paper for decoupage. The glue is applied in a thin layer to the back of the cut-out motif, which is then glued to the surface. After a drying time of approximately 10 to 20 minutes, the process can be repeated for a durable finish. The glue is easy to clean with soap and water, contains no harmful substances.
