Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
If your order is completed before 2:00 PM on a weekday, it will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Your order will usually be delivered the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. If the products are ordered during the weekend, they will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery may be delayed. We will inform you about this through an order confirmation and Track & Trace. It may also happen occasionally that a particular product is no longer in stock. We will then inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time.
You can specify any address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and Spain to have your order delivered. This does not have to be the billing address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
The delivery of your order has been outsourced to GLS. We chose GLS because GLS always requires a name for delivery and GLS delivers to almost all European countries. Unfortunately, your package may be delivered later due to crowds and staff shortages at GLS. If you are not at home when GLS delivers your order, you can always choose a different delivery time or a different delivery location via www.gls-info.nl. We hope for your understanding.
Shipping costs
Voor elke afgeronde bestelling onder de € 45,00 in Nederland wordt € 4,99 (onder de €55,00 -- € 5,99 naar België) als bijdrage in de verzend- en verpakking kosten in rekening gebracht, ongeacht de grootte en het gewicht van uw pakket.
Vanaf een bestelling van € 45,00 in NL en €55,00 in België is de verzending gratis.
Pick up
You can also pick up your order in:
- our iHobby Experience Center in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel during opening hours. You can indicate this during the payment process. Naturally, we will not charge any shipping costs.
You will receive an email when the order is ready. You cannot collect your order before then. Collection is currently possible on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during the opening hours of the iHobby Experience Center.

You will receive the invoice when the order is ready. You cannot collect your order before then. Collection is possible from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
