Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
If your order is completed on a weekday before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise indicated. Your order will usually be delivered the next day. We only deliver in the Netherlands on Saturdays if this is selected as the shipping method on Friday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. If the products are ordered during the weekend, they will be shipped on Monday.
It may happen that a delivery is delayed. We will inform you of this by means of an order confirmation and the Track & Trace. It may also happen occasionally that a certain product is no longer in stock. We will then inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time.
You can specify any address in the Netherlands or Belgium to have your order delivered. This does not have to be the billing address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
The delivery of your order has been outsourced to GLS. We have chosen GLS because GLS always requires a name for delivery and GLS delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Unfortunately, it may happen that due to busy times and staff shortages at GLS, your package will be delivered later. If you are not at home when GLS delivers your order, you can always choose a different delivery time or a different delivery location via www.gls-info.nl. We hope for your understanding.
Shipping costs
For every completed order under €45.00 in the Netherlands, €4.99 (under €55.00 -- €5.95 to Belgium) will be charged as a contribution to the shipping and packaging costs, regardless of the size and weight of your package.
For orders of €45.00 in the Netherlands and €55.00 in Belgium, shipping is free.

Pick up
You can also pick up your order at:
our iHobby Experience Center in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel during opening hours. You can indicate this during the payment process. Of course, we will not charge any shipping costs.
You will receive an email when the order is ready. You cannot pick up your order before that. Pick up is currently possible on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during the opening hours of the iHobby Experience Center.
