How do I place an order?


Place the items you want to order in the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart at the top right and choose 'Go to checkout'. Enter the required information.
If you already have an account with us, we already have your information and ordering will be faster. No account? You can also order without an account, but we will still need your details.
After we have received your payment, we will prepare the order for shipment. Once this has happened, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing a track and trace number from GLS, with which you can track your order.


I want to change my address


If you have ordered something that is sent to the wrong address and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation? Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible.
You can do this via klantenservice@ihobby.nl or by calling +31 (0)180 393 533. We will then see if we can change the address of the order for you.
Always adjust the address in your iHobby account.


How do I change my order?


This is only possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service. This can be done via customerservice@ihobby.nl or by calling +31 (0)180 393 533. However, the outstanding amount must still be paid before shipping can take place. We can refund any excess amount paid to you once we have received your bank details.
