The stretch of the paper comes from pleats on the surface, which determine how much the paper can be stretched and shaped.Get creative with this crepe paper, which you can roll into lots of small paper balls to create imaginative collage motifs, or tear/cut the paper to make beautiful mosaic collages. You can also make colourful bleeding effects by layering different coloured pieces of crepe paper and then wetting them.
