Acrylic Sealer with satin gloss finish from Jesmonite is compatible with Jesmonite AC100, 200 and 300. It increases the weather resistance of your Jesmonite product and makes it water and dirt repellent. It can be applied with a brush, roller or spray. It can be diluted and pigments added to create color shades and aging effects, for example on the surface of objects made of Jesmonite material. It should be maintained every 6 to 10 years depending on the severity of exposure.
For best results, Jesmonite recommends applying two coats of Acrylic Sealer to low porosity surfaces such as AC100, diluting the first coat with 10 – 20% water. Thinning the first layer promotes the adhesion of the Acrylic Sealer. The second (undiluted) layer is applied as soon as the first layer is touch dry.
